My positive take, they used up all their gimmick pussy plays. We’ll settle in after that drive.

Joe Schmidt was never going to be an NFL linebacker but BVG deserves credit to be able to get Schmidt to be well enough to give us a chance to get 10 wins and a NY 6 bowl. In BVG’s defense, he didn’t recruit Schmidt.

Well, Pyne was actually rated higher than Minchey is and Buchner, going into his senior year, was higher than Carr is now. Point being we have no idea if these two are actually any good. I think they wii be much better than the Pyne/Buchner combo.

Talented but a little overrated by many fans. IMO. Also, both our starting center backs have man-buns, which is a bad sign.

I can’t see him getting a 5th or 6th year. ND should honor his 4 years and thank him for his service. No way he stays until he’s out of eligibility unless something major happens with our recruited kids.
