Do we really think most HS recruits pay attention to game plans being implemented by the schools where they are going? I really don’t - they should, but the are committing to coaches’ personalities and schools.

Both Elko and A&M are being overrated IMO.

From the eighth best team in the B1G to the eighth (or worse) best team in the SEC. Texas A&M is perpetually 7-5/8-4. One of the most overrated jobs in college football. I like Elko and wish him well - except opening day next weekend - but this is not a great job. He will make some $$$$ though.
