Oregon doing that thing again where they buy last minute recruits. Cool, cool.

    National Recruiting Thread

Well, the last two college football seasons are proof that the combination of NIL and the transfer portal have created more parity in the sport. While it takes some getting used too and there are elements of it I really dislike. It’s been a great thing for the competition of the sport...

'23 MO RB Jeremiyah Love (Notre Dame Signee)

Gosh, I loathed Reggie Bush at USC but that is a very good comp.

'24 MI QB CJ Carr (Notre Dame Signee)

Yea, he might be QB4 next season but he's QB1 in 2025. He just oozes confidence and talent.

    Crazy bizarre.

I'll miss seeing Estime tote the rock but getting to see Love have 15+ touches seems like a good consolation prize.

'23 MI QB Dante Moore (Greek Spaghetti Transfer)

Why play and possibly hurt his stock when he can take it easy and get ready for the next payday. He’s certainly shown “enough” that he can ride this season and his recruiting profile into another $1M.

    '25 IN ATH Brock Schott

My hope is that in this constant search for immediate talent we don’t lose sight of player development and the recruitment of athletes.

New OC - throw out some names/statistical anomalies

I understand the reasons to be excited with Hartline but he’d be down the list for me.

'23 MI QB Dante Moore (Greek Spaghetti Transfer)

That’s precisely what I’d say if I was trying to get paid to do nothing.

'23 MI QB Dante Moore (Greek Spaghetti Transfer)

At this point, I’m starting to wonder if he/they even care if he plays pro ball. Maybe this is his “career”. Make money every year regardless of playing status or success.

That they did. They are literally just following the money right into ruining his collegiate career.

New OC - throw out some names/statistical anomalies

Thanks for posting. I did not know he was presently the TE's coach at LSU.

New OC - throw out some names/statistical anomalies

As someone else has already explained, Denbrock coached TE's from 2010-2011. He'd be a great coach to carry on the TEU tradition while also understanding the importance of WR development.

Notre Dame Hires Mike Brown as WR Coach

Mickens actually played at UC for BK.

I looked at that picture and immediately thought, Minchey is going to be a good collegiate QB somewhere, someday.

New OC - throw out some names/statistical anomalies

I've talked myself into getting very fired up for Denbrock. He's a great relationship guy as well. Makes him a solid recruiter. Golden and Denbrock running the show while Freeman focuses on talent acquisition is the way. Forget about the young, sexy hires. Freeman is the young sexy HC...

That's the type of stuff that we need for Riley Leonard.

New OC - throw out some names/statistical anomalies

As I said in the other thread, he wouldn't be my number #1, maybe partly because I haven't given much thought to who would be. But, I'd be very excited about him developing next years offense. People also tend to forget that he was very good with WR development during his time at ND. He's...
