It seems your point is that it’s ND’s fault this happens. Other ND coaches have accomplished more. with less from the university. Which says to me the problem isn’t ND. It’s Freeman.

This is as aggresssive as ND has been with talent acquisition in the history of the university. If he can’t win with that, it’s not the programs fault, it’s his.

This. Freeman took over a top 5 team in a BCS bowl game. We would not have been short on options if they chose to look.
