Late in the season I tried to get him in my dynasty league as well but the guy that owns him is pretty savvy and wanted to see where he ends up first.

I speculated last season when it looked like he wasn’t going to see the field at LB that he could gain the necessary weight (not an incredible amount needed) and play edge. But it does seem hard to believe he made that weight gain since the season ended.

Coaching searches are also good times to just talk ball, scheme, other assistant coaches, etc. Bring in other top minds and pick their brains on what they are doing or might do. It makes sense to have something of a process even if it’s going to be Mickens.
