I can't either, but technological progress generally grows exponentially over time, so you could go back to nearly any point in history and say something similar.

Hilarious, and I'd make fun of them for being stupid, but...

When I was a freshman at Bama, there was a wasp nest on the underside of the staircase that went from the ground to the 2nd floor of my apartment building. Every time you walked by, they'd buzz around you, though they didn't sting anyone. I decided to get rid of the nest one day without thinking it through. As I walked by, I took a textbook and slammed it into the nest. Problem was, my aim was off and I hit the nest a glancing blow and only mashed about half of it. Instead of running away, I ran up the stairs right over the nest. They tore my ass up! LOL
