I tried to get a PRP in Ho Chi Minh but they talked me into hyaluronic acid instead. Had grade 1 ACL / MCL / LCL from speed hiking Mt Fuji.
Seemed to help after a few weeks... but it's not immediate. Cost about $400 iirc.

I can’t believe how boring this camp has been. We’ve effectively learned nothing.

For all the positives about Freeman, and there are many, he runs a really "tight to the vest" program, which isn't very interactive for fans. It's his right to do so and I understand being private and maybe even a little paranoid in the age of social media / digital media, but sometimes I feel that it's a little bit extreme.

That said, I think Freeman and ND fit like a glove in that respect. Notre Dame is notoriously guarded, and due to the private nature of the university they can get away with that. Freeman operates the football program in many respects the same way the administration runs the school.

That’s fair, I just wish he would open things up a bit. At the end of the day, football is entertainment. We’re not preparing to fight a war here. Let the journos see a little more of practice

I like that it pisses off the people who get paid to cover the team. They can say it’s annoying, but they’re covering the best HC they’ve ever covered at ND (besides Prister). Last year was the biggest “tight to the vest” scenario (Carr vs Minchey) I think I’ve ever seen with the football program. Many media outlets made asses out of themselves because they quote literally knew nothing about everything.

I'd blame this on the Minchey/Carr misreads last year, but part of that misread was the limited access and "hearing things". Ultimately I don't care, MF can LND however he sees fit. The last two weeks and week in front of us have been brutal as fans.

I'm dying for a John Kennedy in a gold chain pod update. I need some shit talk.

When is the last time you’ve been on campus and have seen the part of campus where they practice? They have that shit locked down like it’s a military base. If they don’t want you watching, then they will be absolutely sure that it won’t happen.

They’ll never recover from how stupid they looked last year. Everything they said was 100% wrong and any normal job would have had all of them looking for new work.

Maybe MF just hates all media now after the misreporting of the wrestling incident.

I know that's not why... but I would be petty as fuck if that happened to me.

My Old School opinion: Freeman owes us nothing that compromises anything about our edge in winning.

We'll get to watch the actual games and Wins. For those of us not drunk, that's the pay-off. One less day cursing.
(For drunks? No difference win or lose as far as I can tell. It's bitching about something all the way.)

For the record. In regards to last years QB battle. One could easily say Kenny outplayed CJ throughout camp. CJ made tons of mistake. MF made more of a "gut" decision or NIL decision to start CJ. Thankfully MF had the stones to do so.

Depends. Not all INTs are created equal and this was the issue with the reporting. Last season it was Carr throws INTs, Carr bad, Carr make mistake. This season it is Carr throws INTs, Carr good, Carr push offense to new heights.

When the beat or even certain sources watch a practice and and see a 5 yard check down completed versus 20 yard post intercepted, I can guarantee the coaching staff evaluation and subsequent film review has a lot more nuance than our beat reporters. IMO there was some Carr is the guy gut to it, but there was also a lot of that’s why we are reporters and they are college coaches to it as well.

Post Harbaugh/Stallions where guys are weaponizing scouting. Potentially selling/giving it to other teams to effect outcomes. One would almost be negligent not to insist on as much secrecy as they can achieve, if they were serious about making a run for a championship. I’ll deal with it in August.
