AB and Tyreek have been great and will be HOF guys...Frazier is taller than Hill and AB who were both listed at 5'10"

I really hope that Frazier can play consistent snaps this year. Would be the final piece to our offensive puzzle. A guy that can consistently stretch the defense like a Fuiller or Tate.
I dont think any of the other receivers really have the ability to take the top off the defense and force defenders to have to play 15 to 20 off the line of scrimmage.

Zay Flowers...Tate was a legit RB in HS so he actually ran after the catch with force like a Tailback, but he wasn't as agile or straight line fast as Frazier.

I agree. One way to get them in early though, is telling them to run 1 route. Straight ahead as fast as you can.
Not saying it will happen, but like I said, he's the one on the roster that I think gives us the ability to take the top off a defense with speed.

Tate was as fast, just not quite as twitchy as Frazier looks so far. Tate had uncanny balance when getting hit, and the ball stuck to his hands like superglue.

Tate was not as fast. Damn good football player, one of the best ever but he wasn't as fast as Bubba. If Frazier has all the extras that Tate had + the edge in speed/acceleration, then he'll be an all-timer. But let's just see how his freshman year goes.
High School 100m: 10.93
NFL combine:
- 40-Yard Dash: 4.42 seconds
- 3-Cone Drill: 7.12 seconds
- 20-Yard Shuttle: 4.34 seconds
- Vertical Jump: 35 inches
- Broad Jump: 120 inches (10 feet)
High School 100m: 10.54

Yes, Tate was a 2000+ yd Back in HS as a SR and it showed up after the catch every time he caught and pass and turned up field especially on PRs. I thought he should've gotten snaps at RB early in his career and more swing passes and wheel routes to help ease the transition.
Frazier is on another level as far as speed though, he would've contended for a State title in GA and Tate was more quick than fast but had very good mid 4.4 speed and burst. Frazier could've been 10.3x in HS and ran 10.5 as a JR, Tate was around the 10.9x-11.0 range as a SR.

Agreed, Bubba is someone who needs to touch the ball at least 4-5x a game from Day 1! No heavy thinking needed

Are you being intentionally selective about the numbers? You saw my post above, yes? Frazier's 100 time was WAAAYY better than Tate's which means he has even more breakaway speed at the top end. Also, comparing a 16 year old's laser-timed 40 to a 22 year old at the combine is exactly the point. Frazier is already faster and he's a true freshman with elite speed.

Yea, I was wondering why he was comparing a guy running the same 40 after his JR year of HS to a guy who was training 3 months for the NFL Combine in an effort to compare their speed. Tate was fast but Frazier is definitely much faster even before he plays a down at ND much like Brayden Robinson who's even faster than Frazier.
Comparing guys off track times in football is a fool's errand! Comparing prospects to retired guys is useless beyond maybe some context on the style of athlete. And this comparison does both at once!
Golden was one of those guys that is faster on the field than his times. He also had incredible balance and athleticism and strong hands. A unique player. Are we just saying Bubba is that style of player?

Agreed and simply put Bubba is a faster and more explosive player and it was said that comparing the times of a 16yo and 22yo who spent 2-3 preparing to run at the combine is senseless.

It looked to me like it may have been a zone blitz look and he was just hanging out/spying a few yards off the line, not really covering anyone.
