I've always found it amusing that as fans we feel these recruits should make decisions on the timeline we want rather than their own. It's the summer before his senior year and he's trying to make, by a long shot, the most important choice he's had to make to this point in his life. A scenario that the majority of us have never been in on top of that.

I'd rather these recruits be sure. Whether it is the proximity to home, the NIL money, the academics, whatever. Don't waiver and go all in. Anyone can verbal, sign and be in the portal in 5 months. Take the time needed to come to a conclusion that is best for you. The internet guys will keep eating hot pockets and wring their hands.
