Y'all are eating something besides the spinalis? Can't believe I gotta rub shoulders with the hoi polloi...
We need collectively to come up with a "Chilean Sea Bass" version of spinalis, takes me right out of the ribeye experience every time.

Came here to say this 🤣 Ribeyes are an S-tier steak, but there might not be a worse choices for an athlete.
100%

I love ribeye but unless I’m on Keto, that cut will single handedly destroy my calories and macros for the entire day. These guys are on strict diet regimes so a ribeye could fit in any one particular persons plan, but it’s unlikely to be the norm for most players. Serving high protein, low calorie, low fat options will always be a staple in any good meal plan. Basic nutrition 101

I'm going to hazard a guess that the original post calling filets a "woman's steak" only suitable for USC players wasn't seriously considering the macronutrients within a professional training regimen. I think it might have even been... a joke.

Though it's true ribeye does taste better. Fat is flavor people.

Anyone in the know about injuries? Like KVA, Craig, Porter, Bowen? Anyone else other than Jags?

I think Porter and Bowen are full go right now. KVA and Craig are probably mostly involved but will probably be limited in camp. My guess is that Craig will start the year but KVA will be limited to start the year.

As for Jags, still unsure. But he was seen in one of the ND videos doing squats, which is reassuring. But the big question mark is how the nerve in the arm heals and how fast he can get back in football shape.

I still don't know why Granger hasn't stopped by Freeman's house to get the scoop. Very disappointing.

Half way through this and feeling good about our OL. He thinks Augustine will get the nod at RG, Jagusah is violating people here, and says Knapp may be the best guard in CFB in 2026. Joe Rudolph is a stud.
Dang, I didnt realize Augustine was so powerful. If he could lower his level just a little, look out. Sully is too, but he sometimes gets top heavy. He needs to be a knee bender, not a waist bender and move those feet. When he locks up. He is nasty also.

This was phenomenal. I had no idea Augustine had that power. But man...Jagusah is such a tease

In the Fantasy World (but not at all impossible): a.) Knapp is the best OG in the nation, except b.) Jagusah is. c.) Craig is the best Center in the nation. d.) Lambert is pretty good at RT, and his foot balance will probably improve. e.) Will Black will be the best freshman LT in the nation, and if for some reason he isn't, Styles Prescod has suddenly become a mauling monster. f.) and by the way we also have Abshur who would be almost any other line's star, and we have Augustine who would be almost any other line's star, and we have Otting who would be almost any other line's starting center ... and, you know, we probably have the best overall last two recruiting cycle OLine groups.

I wonder if we're any good at OLine? "Can we Block?"

Abshur looking like Q in those highlights. If he's 90% of Q, we are in good shape there. Will be interesting to see if Augustine or Abshur will win that job.
