Money well spent. We could have just sent Iran $1.3 billion and unfroze $100 billion more to allow them to continue to develop nuclear weapons and sponsor terrorism like Obama did. How did that work out? Enjoy.
Trump is about to give them way more than that lolol.

My current view is that we have almost NO idea WHAT has or will go on here because of this ??? (whatever the different close-minded sides want to call it.)

Most times in geo-politcal affairs I assume that I and other "ordinary folks" don't really know what's going on (or what even went on) until long after the "Now." But that insiders DO know. This time, I get the creepy feeling that NOBODY knows exactly what has been "accomplished", and certainly can't predict even the near future on most of the big issues here.

I THINK that everyone wants the oil to go through the Straight in some way or another, so that might happen at least briefly. But will anything really stick ... on any issue? We'll get plenty of bullshit.

We might even get some big time violence, which probably serves no real long term goals. But as Sydney Greenstreet says to Humphrey Bogart in the Maltese Falcon: Sometimes in the heat of the action, men forget where their true interests lie.

We've got plenty of small-minded hotheads involved here so as not to rule that out.

This is spot on. It will be a while before we really know and then we still won't know everything.

The two critical points of the agreement is that Iran permanently stops their enrichment program and they stop supporting Hezbollah and/or any other terrorist group. With details still to be ironed out, this could still go sideways.

Spare me. If you don't like it, don't do it. :ROFLMAO: Bantry the Bitch.

I believe it's my turn to say something like, choke on Michelle Obama's cock?

It's too bad there aren't thousands of FBI documents about Michelle Obama being trans like there are about Trump being connected to the worlds largest child sex ring or that joke might land.

Remember when you guys lost it over the Clintons and a pizza restaurant? Pretty funny how none of you care about Trump though with 50000x the amount of suspicion.

That would be a really upsetting thing to say if it were remotely true.

I can see how upsetting it is to be called out for supporting a pedophile in the White House.

Here we go walking down that tired false path. Let's not forget Russian, Russia, Russia,... And how he sided with the KKK in Charlottesville. And no, I don't recall this pizza thing. When all you have is tired BS, double down. Also, the tired false statements are telling - it's only when things are going well

Just enjoy the market, less fentanyl, and lower gas.

According to sources cited by Iranian state media outlet Mehr News Agency, Iran's negotiating team has demanded a key provision requiring the US and its allies to present reconstruction plans worth at least $300 billion.

This is listed alongside the release of $24 billion in frozen Iranian assets during a 60-day negotiation period (with half available upfront), suspension of sanctions on oil and petrochemical product sales and derivatives, and full Iranian access to its financial resources.
Art of the deal baby!

Stupid Obama deal giving Iran $100 billion. Leave it to Trump to give them $324 billion, plus the $60 billion his war has already cost us, and eliminating oil sanctions on Iran!

No SMGs and no nukes. I'm hopeful but pessimistic. Time will tell.

India Times? Here's another article that disputes that claim. https://www.moneycontrol.com/world/...-assets-released-so-far-article-13950286.html

Even your reference states the following: The preliminary memorandum, expected to be signed in Switzerland on June 19, remains unpublished, and several details circulating publicly have not been independently verified.

Huh. Just like a Lefty to dance before the music starts. Patience Kemosabe. As I've repeatedly stated, time will tell.

Russia and Trump was/is very much a real thing. You just chose not to care.

I mean, if you’re willing to overlook pedophilia, what’s the problem with collusion.

Also, things are not going well. The 35% approval rating is telling.

Triple down, brother! Although I do see you've walked away from the BS article. As mentioned, time will tell.

Although TDS is not an official diagnosis, you should limit time on social media, establish boundaries around when/where you engage in political discourse, and focus on wellness activities rather than politics. Tools for you to survive and thrive!

For it to be a real thing there would have to be evidence to support criminal charges. the independent special council found there wasn't sufficient evidence. So no, not a real thing, no matter how much you want it to be.

Trump is guilty of everything though. He kills puppies and kittens, he broke up the Beatles, and he was the mastermind behind WWII. The evidence is out there!

I didn't make this, because I knew someone was already sick enough with TDS that it would come up with a simple Google search.

No it doesn't. That's some US official talking about half of the $24 billion that they want before negations start. That doesn't dispute the grand total. Neither does the statement from the US officials that the NY Times quotes. They're just labeling the $300 billion in reparations as an "international investment fund".

LOL

No you don't know what you're talking about. $300 billion is $300 billion if they call it reparations or some other bullshit to try and cover for how badly they've fucked this situation. And guess what? You and I get to pay for it.

Criminal charges you say?

The Mueller investigation resulted in 37 indictments, seven guilty pleas or convictions, and charges against 25 Russian nationals and three companies. While the probe did not find that the Trump campaign criminally conspired with Russia, it detailed multiple instances of potential obstruction of justice. [1, 2, 3]
Key individuals charged and convicted include:
  • Paul Manafort: Trump's former campaign chairman was convicted of multiple financial crimes, including tax fraud and money laundering.
  • Michael Flynn: Trump's former national security advisor pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI.
  • Michael Cohen: Trump's former personal attorney pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations and lying to Congress.
  • Roger Stone: Trump's longtime associate was indicted and convicted of obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and lying to Congress (later pardoned).
  • George Papadopoulos: A campaign foreign policy advisor pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
The investigation did not directly indict President Donald Trump while in office, as Special Counsel Robert Mueller cited longstanding Department of Justice policy preventing the criminal indictment of a sitting president. However, Mueller explicitly stated in the report that his team could not exonerate the president on obstruction of justice.

I wish Trump only broke up the Beatles. Would be so much better than befriending, for 15 years, the most notorious sex trafficker in American history.

Trump did outsource the killing of puppies to his first pick for Secretary of Homeland Security.

GATTACA and friends, your team is playing against New Zealand in the World Cup. Maybe after you can watch the Persian-based Sci-Fi thriller "Argo" (the one never produced).

Sad attempt, Gat. Keep working the pedo angle (doth protest too much and all that). This has been hashed out ad nauseam-everyone on here is against that crap, and your crooked pols have Nada.

Was the vagina meme too on point? What a spaz.

BTW, your team's down 1-0 in under 7 minutes.

None of those names look like Trump, but maybe you just fat fingered the keyboard or something.

Yeah, and if he was guilty of anything then throw him in the woodchipper. Trump hadn't been in contact with Epstein for 15 years prior to his arrest, and NPR timelines put Epstein's flights and abuses around '01/'02 which wasn't far away from when Trump threw him out of his club ('03/'04). If Biden had incriminating evidence he would have used it, instead he went after him for classified documents and other lesser charges that didn't stick or make a dent. Keep on believing though, I'm sure they'll haul him away in cuffs any day now.

Simple solution. Release everything like he ran on.

Instead they're holding meetings in the situation room trying to figure out how to burry everything and his DoJ is illegally withholding more than half the documents they're required to turn over.
