Those are the starters, and their backups are significant enough to stop them from winning just like ND. I would take Carr over the below starters. ND is IMO in a better position than any of the below in terms of QB, and maybe only behind OSU/Oregon in terms of starting QB talent. If ND doesn't have the 2027 QB in the room then they'll just go to the portal, if Carr gets hurt the season is over anyways.

Indiana - Josh Hoover
Miami - Mensah
Michigan - Underwood
A&M - Reed
Georgia - Stockton
Oklahoma - Mateer
Alabama - Mack/Russell
Texas - Manning
You mean the backups are insignificant right? But all the backups at the Early season top 10 sans Texas Tech have better prospects than Herbert at the #2 and Grubbs. I love that we have a top 4 QB but the other schools with those QBs have an elite prospect is what I'm saying and nothing more. I've said this before in certain years and people tried to convince themselves that Pyne, Clark, Hendrix could be sufficient enough but that quickly changed.

Kaden Henderson visiting this weekend. I don't think this was planned. Was it?

A Henderson visit for the spring has always been planned, but this isnthe first I'm hearing of a firm date. Great news. Hope he follows through!

Brian Jean-Mary got a late start recruiting for ND, but he has among the deepest connections to Florida recruiting as you'll find and his reputation down there is stellar. Hopefully that helps him here!

Henderson is a game wrecker at LB.

would anybody Ontario sign a better duo if we somehow were able to get him to go with the Irvin kid from IMG

Probably not. The only argument you could make is that both Irvin and Henderson project to play MIKE as their best position and that maybe somebody with a complimentary skill set would be helpful. That said, I think Henderson is extremely talented. He could easily play WILL and be extremely impactful. Basically a rich man's version of Jaiden Ausberry.

5th at CO State Meet in 100m (10.67) as a Soph

Really good athlete! Has legit speed and runs a D1 route tree at the high school level. Reminds me of EQ St. Brown., Tall, lean and long limbed, without being stiff. Highly functional athlete.

10/10 would take because ND doesn't really have anybody else in their wide receiver room like him from a skill set perspective. At 6'4 he can play Field or Boundary.

I love that ND is after guys that run legit track times and have the football production to back it up. 10.67 as a sophomore probably translates into 10.5 as a senior if he's dedicated to track. On a 6'4 frame that's fantastic.

Better than a lot of 4 star WRs in this class, IMO. Way higher upside than most. Forgive the skin colour comparison, but he has Alec Pierce vibes.

I bet we have our qb committed in the next 5-7 days.

Sesay is a stud. Hopefully he commits too.

These guys have to sign their NIL deals in person so it may be first come first serve...we will see

I've hated NW since '95. Part of me wants to schedule them more often and just embarrass them. The rational side of me says they're not worth our time.
Is it because of the home opener and the start of the "destined" Heisman campaign of Ron Powlus being dashed by Darnell Autry? 😒😒
