Even though Mr. Breneman is committed to Penn State at the moment. I imagine Kelly and the Staff is going to continue to recruit him. Remember the Sandusky Trial will be in May and I expect Penn State to field a bad football team this year. They have a worst qb situation then ND does.

I agree that this was not a surprise at all, but if his statements about business school rankings and tight end production were anywhere in the forefront of his mind I think CBK and staff ought to keep in close touch with Mr Breneman, particularly if PSU's off the field issues take a turn for the worse. Not saying he will waver but this will be intriguing to watch for the next year.

I'm not very distressed by this as I will make sure to save all the emotions for the big guys up front, those are the players in my mind that represent a real dire need this year. I do regret staying up this late to watch his announcement though, but you just never know.
