Peter, I mean Ben, is from Hanna HS in Anderson, SC. Two notables from Hanna are my friend Jeff, and Radio, (see movie with Cuba Gooding, Jr.)

Hanna has a reputation for having hard hitting defenses back to the early '70's.

Also, (cira 70's) a Burt Lancaster film, Midnight Man was filmed in Anderson.

FYI: It's T.L. Hanna. If you call it Hanna HS anywhere near Anderson, you will likely get set straight quite thoroughly. You could get by calling it T.L. though.Great movie. Very real represenation of football friday nights in SC. The movie however was mostly filmed in Walterboro, SC and not in Anderson.

More useless trivia, Forest gump was also filmed primarily in Walterboro, SC. The vietnam scenes were filmed on Hunting Island, SC.
