“I just want to see how all of the players bond together, how the coaches are,” he said. “I want to see the stadium too.”

Those bonds will be important when Bell makes his ultimate decision.

“Like I said, how everybody bonds with each other,” Bell said of the key factors. “The coaches, how the coaches act with the players. Education, of course, is always first and then tradition.”"

Isn't this exactly what scUM just got in hot water w the NCAA over? They had a couple of current players congratulate a recruit who just gave his verbal.

Not sure. First, I think the rule forbids a player promoting a visit or commitment, and Shumate isn't quite doing that here (though it's close). Second, is it possible the rule only applies to current players? Shumate is a signee, but not yet an enrolled member of the team -- unlike Eifert.
