I read the article earlier and have an email in to a distant relative in law enforcement, out west. (Cousin, but distant, Washington from NWO.) I'm thinking though, this guy isn't that old. Now before you get me into an argument about that or old, I am thinking he is half my age or so, in his twenties.

I just reread the report and it said he is 28 years old. I must have went back in time to the year 1905 when 28 was middle aged lol. 28 is not old by any standards but certainly old enough to know this isnt acceptable or even defendable behavior like you would for a teenager doing something foolish or a 19 or 20 year old getting a minor. This is just unacceptable regardless of age.
