I haven't been following his recruitment too closely, and in know he's a stud, but could we see him getting playing time next season?

Ummmmmm, a lot of people think that.

They they're finally buying his stock because a month ago this came up in Darby's thread and if I remember correctly, only one person besides me believed that a freshman would be starting in the secondary, game 1. The rest of IE thought that Wood/Jackson/Brown's 'experience' would win out.

I'm sure a lot of people are on the freshman-DB bandwagon now that he tore it up again in the all-star game.

You said 'believes', as in, present tense. That's completely false; many people across this board and many boards believe Tee has a great shot at starting.

As for the Darby thread, I can guarantee you not many people saw that little discussion, probably because that thread has a ton of pages and not everybody reads. I for one did not see that conversation. So I can't speak for that convo at that time. I can say for certain that Tee is a kid I've been keeping my eyes on for over a year (he's local, so the USC boards were talking him up very early on), and I know what an absolute stud he is. I don't like to put that kind of pressure on any freshman to have to come in and start right away (and I actually hope we can ease him into the line-up), but he's got the talent to do it, no doubt.

Yeah, we're really arguing about nothing. I looked at my previous 500 posts and couldn't find it. And you're right, obviously not even close to everyone saw the posts, but the ones that did and chose to comment were very pro-Wood, Jackson, Jalen. My argument was that Tee is coming in with more talent and the fact that he's seen the field at ND just about as much as the guys above gives him the edge in my book. I'll bet he starts day 1. Hopefully I'm wrong and Darby re-commits and beats him out ;)

Tee I have no idea if you read these boards but you have reaffirmed my faith in this football team. Swag and balls 2012 baby. Not only does you enrolling at ND help this class, but it will help you forever no matter what the future holds for you.

Didn't Ishaq wear #1 last year on defense?

Hopefully Tee does better than Deion Walker did wearing #1.

It does say "for spring" so maybe it will change in the fall. But as of now he is #1.

Maybe Ishaq wanted a different number too

Interesting number choice by Ishaq. When I think of #11, I think of a QB...or Larry Fitzgerald. Really can't think of any defensive players that wear #11. Guess Ishaq is starting a trend.

Edit: I forgot this was Tee's thread when I made my Ishaq comment. As far as Tee rocking #1, I really like that number for our new lockdown corner!

people on twitter telling him he gonna look like Lavar Arrington in #11 and also how its a good number for a New Yorker to wear (11 = Twin Towers)..I think its gonna look cool!
