Cal's officially out according to the family. It's ND v. Auburn, and I have a really hard time believing Auburn is a serious contender.
They must be. Why wait, otherwise?

Or because he was a Cal lean and he is you don't really take the time to weigh 2 and 3 against each other when there is a clear 1.
Kuehnj, why leave off this one?
arikarmstead Arik Armstead
i thought gunner was lsu?
Kuehnja, my bad. I think I am keeping up, but posts are flying.
Someone needs to get Lynch and Nix on him.
II is reporting that Sean Cwynar isn't coming back for a 5th year. Think that's good news in regard to the Armsteads or am I reading to much into it?
I haven't read the II story (so I obviously don't know what it says), but perhaps Sean not coming back may be as much his decision as BK's. He'll have a bachelor's degree from ND, a master's degree from ND, got to fulfill a dream of playing big time college football, and has a hot@ss girlfriend. He's most likely not ever going to play in the League (and this may not be something he aspires to do). So HE may feel it's time to move on with his life.
Of course I could be completely off base and he has a strong desire to come back. If he already knows he's not, then perhaps it may indicate where Armstead the Elder will be attending school this fall, but not necessarily Armstead the Younger.

I bet against this. Unless he's a total weirdo, I bet he wants that 5th year as bad as anything. Not too many players wouldn't kill for one more year at this schoool.
