If he takes a visit, he is as good as gone. That will be hard to turn down for an Ohio kid that is being recruited by his old recruiter and his old line coach. I have been on an official to OSU and they treat you right!

Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer has certainly made quite an impact on the Buckeye recruiting effort for the 2012 class, and he is hoping the momentum continues this weekend. Along with visitors Davonte' Neal, Joey O'Connor and David Perkins, it appears a highly-rated offensive lineman will be joining them.

If Decker were to decommit, that's two 4-stars and a 5-star that decommit in one class. Not to mention the big swing and wiff on Gunner Keil. Hard to swallow. Hopefully we can keep Decker and somehow get Darby back on board.

I wouldn't consider Perkins a decommit.

Actually it was all within 1 month. But lets all just keep our heads up and let our coaches talk to them and get some truth into their minds.

If ND wants to stop this from happening they need to win! Winning 8 games won't cut it. You have to be a 9+ win team every year. a 10+ win team if they go to 13 regular season games. ND isn't what it used to be to recruits and winning changes that. It's that simple.

This year all we had to do was Not lose to FSU and i think we would be in a diffenert position with Darby.

This statement is completely false! No one said that about Darby or Tuitt or Leuders or etc. Your statement above is completely off base. As my previous post mentioned there was an inside source that confirmed the two partied ways because of academics. I mean after Perkins decommitted ND was off his list complete and he was of ND list also.

So in conclusion your statement is WRONG!

Exactly, which would have gotten ND to 9 wins but 8 wins is pathetic no matter the schedule. ND can't keep that up. BK has to squeeze at least 9 wins out next year and even that may not be enough to entice high school stars to come.

Perkins denied it had anything to do with grades and that it was because he wanted to play RB and not LB.
