It's all good, I was actually just busting your balls...no harmful intent. I do agree with you that from that article one would think he enjoyed OU and UM more than ND, but I have heard otherwise, the guys at 247 also believe otherwise and they are usually a lot more dead on than the guys at rivals.

Is that article free?

Stanley or Diamond will be fine

Not sure if the article is free or not, but if you are not already a member they are offering a free membership for now through the end of the year which access to all the premium info. Just have to cancel out before the end of the year if you dont want to pay for access for next year. They have some good stuff there though.

Was told by Brey at the USC game that he could play a role similar to Luke Harangody. Lol Hes already 2 inches taller and weighs 70 lbs more than him.

247 reporting that ND feels there chances here are "slim-to-none". UW and USC are the two finalists.

Things sound good for Washington
Free Link: Zach Banner says "Washington opened my eyes"

Lakewood (Wash.) Lakes four-star offensive tackle Zach Banner took his fourth official visit to Washington on Dec. 10. The 6-foot-9, 330-pound prep has previously visited Oklahoma, Michigan and Notre Dame.

You can often find mammoth tackle Zach Banner wearing a smile as big as him.

Washington has always been the home town school for Banner and he has visited there several times. But this visit made an even bigger impact on the nation's No. 144 ranked player.

"It opened my eyes a lot," Banner said. "I know I have been there a bunch before but this gave me a chance to see the student life and talk to academic advisors. My parents went with me and I feel like Washington helped their chances a lot."

The city of Seattle has a lot to offer, and Banner said that aspect really stuck out on the trip.

"I just forget how remarkable the city is," he said. "I love Seattle and it's a great place to be. I just got a great vibe from the whole trip. Austin Seferian-Jenkins was my host and showed me a great time."

Basketball continues to be a high priority in his recruitment and the Huskies have certainly put in the effort there as well.

"All of the five remaining schools offer great basketball," he said. "Washington has been recruiting me since I was a freshman for basketball, so I know they are sincerely interested."

His final trip is to USC on Jan. 13. Banner said he is looking forward to his final trip with a decision to come soon after.

"I'm just looking to see what a student experiences there for 48 hours. I've been to USC before and it's a great school, I'm looking forward to the trip and making my decision."

hopefully its USC this guy is slower then slow, hes gonna get qbs killed if he stays at tackle.

disagree...his upside is enormous and right now he makes it look very effortless physically and he's a better athlete than most think and he's only going to get better.

been watching...got beat one time. you obviously didn't play offensive line. you only notice when they get beat. 90% of the game they win one on one battles.

the kid plays basketball and has been recruited to play college basketball, if you don't think he can play tackle in college stay tuned he'll be fine. hopefully at Washington.

clearly ur not watching him play this game

Clearly you don't know what you're talking about and/or are horribly ignorant of the complexity of blocking schemes with out a week to prepare. You have no idea what Banner's job was on that play or if he really know. Don't ever, ever judge an OL's hesitancy during an all-star game, it's moronic.
