Please allow me to briefly campaign on behalf of one of our esteemed nominees. This award clearly has to go to trinity, and not only for his contributions here, but for his contributions to the English language as a whole. In fact I have petitioned the good people at the MLA, APA, and Merriam-Webster (and if none of those efforts are successful I'm taking it to urban dictionary) to recognize irishtrinity as a punctuational first cousin/bastage son of the ellipsis. Some of our wittier posters may have already deduced that irishtrinity stands for the first, middle, and last periods commonly used in trinity's posts to separate sentence fragments.

ex: "I met Dayne Crist’s mom…What hurts most...if we don't lose to usf michigan usc...stanford...bcs champs!...Go Irish...Beat FSU..."

Bottom line: This guy loves his Irish, never says a bad word about anyone, and makes this site a better place. Poster of the year!

jayrockkkkkkkkkk has been banned at least 8 times. He always begs me to come back, but I'm not even the one banning him LOL. And the one time I did let him come back, he blew it by trolling like a day later! What a moron. He gets my vote.

GITF, we'd all love for you to make a "Best(worst) Irishtrinity post of the year" category. That would be on the top of our list.

Irishtrinity seems like a true ND fan. His problem for me was when he blew the hell up after Marshall picked Georgia. He got mad because he (foolishly) predicted that Marshall would be Irish, and called us all on-fans because we all knew he wasn't coming. So when Marshall chose Georgia, he (foolishly) ripped the coaches for not being good recruiters and basically signaled the end of ND football LOL.

By the way, I'm in South Bend - where the eff is the snow?????????????????????

No way man i was just pissed we missed out on a 5 star RB never predicted it tho... I heard he was a georgia lock, and was just hoping we would land him... I am totally happy with our recruiting just want more 5 stars...

You weren't just hoping he would pick ND, you predicted it. You said he would choose ND - I remember commending you for your spirit but also telling you we had no shot. Edit: Here is your post:
