Alright, wasn't sure.

But, Neal's recent quotes are quite insuring.

Westerkamp also seems encouraging.

Sounds like its Payton v Westerkamp for last spot. Neal and Agholar will be taken regardless if they choose ND.

On another note. Wasn't he supposed to meet with Pelini today? or is that tomorrow?

FWIW, Pete Sampson at II said on his podcast today that he's getting the impression from the staff that they project Jordan on the outside.

They also think that regardless of what Pelini says, Jordan will visit. They think he's too intrigued by ND to not visit. Doesn't mean he'll commit, but he'll at least take a peak and hear what the staff has to say.

On the podcast they also said the staff was split on Westerkamp. They said Martin which recruits that area absolutely loves Westerkamp but Molnar wasn't nearly as enthused. They felt like the timing of Westerkamp being offered might have had a lot to do with Molnar leaving. Molnar gets UMASS head coaching job on the 9th and a few days later Westerkamp gets offered.

Yeah... the way to look at our current receiver haul is like this:

Greenberry - OUT
Ferguson - OUT
Brown - OUT>SLOT

Westerkamp - SLOT>OUT
Neal - SLOT
Agholor - equally suited for both SLOT and OUT

So if the class is Greenberry, Westerkamp, Ferguson, Brown... Westerkamp likely ends up in the slot. But as soon as you add Agholor or Neal to the mix he becomes a very flexible piece that could definitely end up outside. Right now, only Chris Brown really has skill set to play slot of the guys we currently have committed, and that's probably not the best fit for him.
