I think everyone gets a little butt hurt when a dude many here have lobbied for turns around and acts like an absolute clown on twitter... even neg recruiting us. For the past month or so he has taken digs at ND daily. I don't think it's worth making a fuss over... I mean, he's just a kid saying what's on his mind... but yeah, I'm unfollowing now. unfortunately, the world we live in, once you hit send/enter your words are permenant. that is something gehrig needs to figure out as a kid, especially when so many ppl read what he types. not backing anybody up or choosing sides just stating facts. as a teacher there are seminars that talk about this and it is the truth...once you hit send there's no going back.

good luck to gehrig whereever he decides to go...right now it just seems like it's tough for him to swallow that it won't be in south bend.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe Chase Hounshell was pretty anti-ND on twitter for quite a while. They're immature 17 and 18 year olds and most will eventually grow up but there is no reason for us to have immature adults making the same mistakes and bashing on these kids.

I have read alot on Gehrig, more negative than positive however, there is always much more to the story than any of us know. Chemistry is everything, including recruting the correct type of player to play for "insert team", and it sounds like it will not be at ND. So I wish him the best wherever he lands.

This will be the onlt time I will be going against a team named the Irish. Cathedral plays Washington(my school), it should be a good game. It just matter what Dieter and Perkins will be able to do

Cathedral is far and away the best 4a team in the state, in fact they are probably #3 or #4 overall in Indiana. that doesnt mean they will win on saturday, but they will be heavy favorites
