Why is it when we defend a punt, the rushers never jump and get their hands up to attempt a block? They always seem so close, is their a fundamental reason for this I just don't understand?

I busted her out and told her that as I approached her, I saw what I saw but still told her how buger picken hot she STILL is to me.
