Great article on a great young man. Toma is a good slot receiver for us and has a tremendous work ethic. Very happy for him.

I was hoping for more of a breakout season for him, but he has done well. I like his ability to catch an run.

He broke out a little next week. Lets see if he can do the same considering Riddick will miss another.

Wow! Good inside info. Makes me excited to see Toma tear it up against BC.

Just messin with you man... in all seriousness, its good to see Toma getting some love from the press. His quickness and consistent hands are exactly what this spread offense needs.

If I had to compare myself to someone on ND's roster, it would probably be Toma. We're the same size, very good hands, good balance, quicker than fast, and straight ballers. ;)

I'd definitely like to see Toma get some more looks even if Riddick comes back.

I'm a big fan of Toma and I think he is a good WR. I wish the announcers would find something else to say about him when he is in besides that he followed Te'o to ND.

Does work... Toma has stepped up every time we needed him, and it helps him being so short ..

I'd like to see Toma hold down the Z for the next 3 games and have Riddick compete with Jones for time at the X.

Toma has earned the starting spot. Since Riddick and Jones have underperformed this season, perhaps a little competition between the two will spur them to raise their game.

Both Riddick and Jones will be in heavy rotation next season, and we'll need a lot more from them than we've gotten thus far.

Toma's my boy.Ree's and him have the chemistry down pat, Roma knows how to separate in space to get open.He reminds me of Wes Welker.

Toma is a perfect fit for the spread offense with his quickness and agility. hes a surehanded underneath receiver and like @georgia irish said he will help floyd and eifert get open. I like Toma much more than Riddick to this point. Riddick has way too many drops and I dont have any confidence when the ball comes his way, he needs to move back to running back and be used in the passing game out of the backfield.

I like Mayock's line this week, "I'm so tired of hearing that he was just a throw-in to lock up Manti Te'o."

Made me wonder if he ever read this board...:)
