I have no idea what Armond's academic qualifications are be it Rhodes Scholar caliber or stereotypical SC football player. Regardless, when has ND taken Senior transfers?

If he will have a degree then he'd be applying to ND's Graduate School. I've never heard of anyone playing football for ND in Grad School except ND 5th years. Have you?

Then there is ND's scholarship crunch where most eligible ND 5th years are not expected to be asked back for the '12 season.

I suspect neither Saban nor the Alabama Administration would have any qualms about pulling a scholarship and giving it to a highly touted recruit's brother for a package deal. Since when does ND work that way?

Word.

For some reason though, I have an insanely good feeling about Arik and Notre Dame.

Rated his visit a 10 per BGI.

He has little to base it on, given that he hasn't OV'ed any other school.

He loved the campus, atmosphere, and the fans.

Will be visiting Alabama for the LSU game, but no other visits are currently scheduled.

So you're telling me there's a chance...

wait, do we even want him if he is commited to playing both sports? He wouldn't be able to attend spring practice or all the weight training. He should just focus on football or find somewhere else to play as far as i'm concerned.

Wasn't Everett Golson also going to play football and hoops? Sometimes it works out that way, too.

A lot of athletes go into college with the "i want to play both sports" mind set.

Once they get on campus, they will learn just how difficult it's to be efficient/good at one of the sports at the major fbs level; let alone two! Athletes quickly learn that between classes, practice, and limited free time, it's very difficult to find time to add another sport to the mix. And if a player has pro aspirations, sticking to one sport, and mastering all the nuances of it (which takes a strict, dedicated, focus) will greatly benefit them in the long run.

I know, right! I can't believe BK doesn't land every 5 star recruit in the country.

Not that i don't want great players but we did get 3 very good players in Tuitt,Lynch,Ishaq. And already in the this class according to scout we have 2 five * DTs 2 five * CBs A 4*MLB and 4* S. i think they are doing pretty good.

Guys, I wasn't too excited about this kid's visit in South Bend when I heard he was hanging out in the USC locker room after the game with his friends. Seems to me like it is ALA, CAL, USC race to me. I could be wrong though.

Liked his visit to Bama says he could see himself playing there the atmosphere was crazier than it was at ND. Will be at USC this weekend. Everyone is equal.
