I am starting to feel bad for Purdue

Never feel bad for Purdue, never underestimate your opponent. We haven't been closing games, we need more games with large leads to seal victories and make people start fearing the Irish again.

gotta love tommy's passion a lot of qbs just laugh that stuff off, he has a chip on his shoulder and has something to prove he's mad about not coming through with 6 on this drive. Great game though i hope he plays more like this. :)

Yeah, get 1st string off the field. If someone gets injured here in garbage time it'll kill all the joy this game is bringing.

I actually want our starters to stay in and score as much as possible. We haven't played well enough the last few years to think we should put the brakes on anyone.

These guys have been like lion cubs huddling around their momma's kill the last few years.... lets see them get their own kill.

Those last two throws...

Not saying anything... but I'm saying it.

I don't understand the throw on the run, at all. Tommy's played very well, even with the turnovers, all season. But one thing that is obvious, is that he is erratic as hell when throwing on the run. If you are going to roll him out; do it on 1st down, and let him throw the ball away if there isn't someone standing alone in the end zone. For heaven's sake, don't do it on 3rd and goal.

Running up the score can come back to bite you.
