I think Jones did the right thing by running up the score. Elkhart Central was cheap and putting late hits on Perkins and Dieter all night long. They deserved what they got. The refs were absolutely terrible, they looked like big 10 officials. Congrats G boy on breaking the record, you deserved it. Elk art Central is the team that showed no class, trust me, I saw it with my own eyes. Whoever hit Perkins late deserved that punch.

He should have been the bigger man.

Thanks for the info, I should really get to a game this season and check them out also!

Yes he is. Ejection warrants a automatic suspension the next week. Same thing happened to me my senior in the last game of the season an made me miss the first playoff game which we lost!

Refuse to believe this is anything other than his opinion until I get confirmation from a reliable source (ie: the staff).

I do like how he tries to kill defenders, dragging them to the endzone. I don't mind seeing him at either position--just glad to have him.

Kid reminds me of James Wilder of last years class. Both 6'2" both were great HS RBs but are destined for OLB granted Wilder was 5 star

I guess were either not sitting so well with some of our running backs or were sitting great with other outside linebacker.

He was at the game. I kept an eye on him for most of the first half, and he didn't seem impressed at all (but which ND fan was?)

I mean this in the nicest, most polite way possible....

Please stop playing body language analyst from afar.... Unless you crawled into his noggin' and read his thoughts, you have no freaking clue so give it a rest. If you want to wrap your brain around something, tell your "boys" at Dillon that their act was awful at friday night's pep rally. By far and away the worst I've ever....ever seen. A complete embarrassment which made the game look half way tolerable in comparison.

Guys.... It's not the big of a deal. I'm just pointing out that he couldn't possibly know what kind of time this kid had from afar without actually talking to him. What is wrong with that??? Also, the Dillon Pepper was awful and needs a change...What's wrong with that as well????

Actually, I typed it how I said it. lol It was such a roast I couldn't even yell "damn" the second time. I could only emphatically say it in a calm manner.

Yea, just let it marinate.

Claims he's gonna be playing RB next year and there's a ISD premium article... any insight? Kelly told him he'd be the bruiser back?

His HS coach said that the ND coaches did not tell him he'd be playing RB in college. Says its more of Perkins trying to motivate himself, as it is one of his goals.

The Dillon Pep Rally used to be a great event for our dorm on the Thursday before the first home game. It was always meant to be for the students, not for alumni, fans, etc. For some reason, they (don't know who) decided to make the Dillon Pep Rally the 'official' pep rally and moved it to Friday night. Therefore, they've censored it beyond belief, and now it just sucks...I'm glad I missed it.

For wanting to play RB so bad in college you'd think he'd have better stats. He should be tearing it up but his stats are rather pedestrian for a future D1 RB.

Please list them and correct me if I'm wrong.

It's tough for him to put up big numbers when his coach calls for bombs to Dieter every play.
