I disagree and I can't remember who spoke out about it a few years ago but whoever it was went on to say that going by the offer list is as faulty as anything else. The reason is that prospects get offered for different reasons some see the prospects as a main part of there recruitment where other see a nice set of tools but nothing more than a project that's got great upside. Sometimes some prospects just don't fit a certain style of play so they won't get some of those sexy offers. The first thing I look at when judging a player is their offer list not at how many stars they have. And his offer list says a lot.
Point being offer lists like trusting the recruiting sites for the rating is only so good and that it's far from fool proof.
