Any updates on how his visit went this weekend? There's a premium article on II about it.

It appears that the presentation ND does at the Gug is really impressive. He wants to make a top 5 soon. He'll probably make a decision before the fall.

Building off of TT, I will just say that the mods on a couple sites have expressed that Paul plays things pretty close to the vest, and is very laid back, so it is hard to get a read on him and where he may be favoring. I think ND put themselves in a great position after his visit (they usually do), but he also seemed to enjoy his Michigan visit as well. We should have a spot in his top 5 though.

ESPN: :s::s::s::s:, 22nd OT, NR Nationally
Rivals: :s::s::s::s:, 137 Nationally
247: :s::s::s::s:, 30th OT, 231 Nationally
Scout: :s::s::s::s:, 18th OT

Consensus 4-star OT.

How do we sit with this guy?

EDIT: also, do we have a profile anywhere on this Michael Flint guy? Couldn't seem to find it in the search feature. I think it's awesome that a guy likes Notre Dame for the climate because Alabama gets "too hot."

Michael Flint - Rivals

I couldn't find a profile here for him, either. Here's what I found on Rivals. He's got an incredible offer list and recently decommitted from Auburn.

Yeah wow... I don't really get it. He's rated incredibly low by everyone but ESPN (79, 4*) but has an absolutely incredible offer list. Seems to have great measurables for an OG.

Head scratcher.

Nebraska looks likely. ND does not appear to be a player.

My early guess:

Nebraska.

Thurston hasn't had a lot to say throughout the process, but when he has spoke, it's been about Nebraska.

Im also under the impression that ND has backed off Thurston over the last month or so. I think once Prestwood decided to transfer, ND decided to lock down on a lot of OL offers and hold out for an elite.
