He is listed in different places between 6'2 and 6'3 and 175-185. Is apparently a very good track athlete as well, excelling at the long jump and triple jump.

If only he were a safety..... so many Chris Brown and hitting jokes.... Seems to have pretty good height and speed. If the staff wants him, I want him.

Freebie on ISD:

Brown Talks ND Offer

Why do these recruits keep saying we run a pro-style offense?

Maybe they are being told that the offense is more "pro-style" than is widely believed? It seems strange that multiple recruits would be saying the same thing about the offense within a short period of time, unless that is what they are being told.

Big Chuck's left-overs, regarding pro-style offense is my guess?

This is odd, Baratti said it and I thought what!

In his top group with Virginia Tech and South Carolina. UNC knocked a notch below because of the looming sanctions of doom.

People think he could be a big sleeper. Had some monster stats as a junior but seems overlooked by scouting services. Very fast with good height and could potentially play inside/outside. Elite track athlete as well.

Really? Huh. I thought I saw on ISD he was supposed to be an outside guy. But I will defer to TT on this one.

I figured that too but if you look at what the staff likes in the slot guys their recruiting, they want them to be bigger ie. zac brooks 6'2 185, ian thomas 6'1 185 and brown at 6'2 180. Also, they seem to like recruits that can play on the outside as well, so he really does fit their mold. They also seem to go after guys that arent as highly rated for slot.

Checked 247 and Rivals, couldn't find anything. I could have sworn I read something about him playing slot. Maybe I'm wrong

He's claimed to have run a 4.33 40, and he was invited to the Junior National Track team for the triple jump. Kid's a freak.

I love the speed.

So who else is on the board for slot besides Brown and Treggs? Russell is a rb/slot guy, right? Do we have any shot at Davonte Neal?

It seems we are in the thick of it for a ton of high quality WRs. Darboh and Payton are outside guys, right? Our roster needs some slot guys. I'm assuming that since the staff hasn't cooled on anyone that they'll still take committments from outside WRs (and also leave room for DGB if he so chooses - which is unlikely, but still).

His ability to run after the catch is reminiscent of *gasp* Michael Floyd. I like him!

I still don't understand where all of the slot talk is coming from. He's listed as an outside WR by ISD but they do mention that he has the ability to play at either slot or outside... so it's certainly very possible that I'm mistaken.
