I know that Hinton was in Fla. as recent as yesterday visiting Laith Harlow...i would hope he or at least somebody from the staff has visited Noor recently and maybe he did yesterday. If that's the case maybe this could be good.

When was the last time Noor visited ND and Fla??

BUT ... YES BUT!!!! We still have a lot of time left. If it is really down to us and Florida then I will bet my money we still go hard. Had we not gone hard for A. Lynch when he went FSU we wouldn't have him. This staff has def proved that until the LOI is signed we have a shot.

Lets just hope he commits our way and we only have to hang on.

after re-reading parts of the thread this is really going against what his initial plans were for his recruitment. He was talking about taking all 5 officials and deciding on signing day...something must have flipped the switch.

Unless someone can confirm that Davis watched "Rudy" last night, odds are not good that it was a Notre Dame switch.

It's not bad that he moved his date up, I just haven't heard anything from him in a month or so. I'm hoping one of the coaches stopped by this week and prompted this change, but I haven't heard anything about it.

Believe me, I wish I had one.

I've looked at 3 of the 4 big sites for stuff on him, and while he always speaks highly of ND, nothing has been within the past month or two.

My head says Florida/ND toss-up but my heart actually says Auburn (who jumped in the mix lately- there's your "switch"). He supposedly plays his cards close to his vest, so there really is no way to know. Here's hoping.

It is pretty much accepted that Auburn is not going to get punished for the blatant cheating that's come to light lately?

Seems like a weird choice for a student with a 4.3 gpa. I know we had the debate about Florida v. ND academics and how you can get a good education at both, but Auburn? Really?

That doesn't mean anythinig...Cam is a celebrity now. What 17 year old kid who got a pic with Cam Newton wouldn't put it on Facebook. In fact I would put a picture of Cam Newton and myself as a my default on FB.
