Both teams want to move fast because of bowl games. Urban would coach the Domers in the Insight Bowl and someone would step up for the Utes in the Fiesta. My contacts on campus tell me this is legit and the announcement could come soon.

Lawrence Wilson, DE from Akron St. Vincent St. Mary (LeBron James) has withdrawn his commitment from ND. They're not out of it entirely, but Michigan, Ohio State and Pitt are now back in the hunt. The quicker they move, the better. Get Urban in there and let's get rolling!!

Doesn't sound like a done deal yet. Florida is trying to throw another pitch at him, and Meyer has said he is considering ND, Florida, and Utah.

The webmaster Jack said that they have reports that an agreement was met. ND flew to Utah this evening to work out the details. Florida though is trying to make one last effort because Butch Davis announced according to ESPN that he would likely take a year off coaching.

Living here in Utah, seeing how Urban gets great reaction from his players. Urban is the Coach for ND. He will have them a BCS buster like here in Utah. I say he may do it as soon as next year if not the second. No words in Utah of any final words in his decision, but the majority say it;s a given he leaves for the golden dome. One thing he definitelyl wants to coch the Utes in their bowl game to officially complete the season and all fairness to his players. Good Irish Luck Urban!!!

...and then he'll get an analyst job at ESPN and pick the Irish to go undefeated and win a nat'l championship every year thereafter.

Me too! But I was getting ready to drop my bike off for service last nigh, getting a quick bite of local Mexican, and there in the bar, Urban comes on the tube; ESPWN, College whatever.

You know what? For as bad as ESPANW is, Urban makes it better, and every time since the ND Roundtable, I gotta tell you, I like everything that comes out of his mouth.

Man he is well spoken and he thinks before he fires! I don't always agree with him, but in a couple months, he has become the best comentator. (Gator comentator?) Help me with this . . .
