ND was #13 on ESPNU but that was as of 1/10/2011, interesting to see where they rank ND after the 3 committments in the past few days.

A) I finally have these recruiting services class ratings lists figured out. These lists are incestuous dribble: If you are an ND recruit, you loose or will never get your fifth star. To be in the top ten, you need one or more five star recruits. (That is why there is such a lag between Scout and Rivals.)

B) With all the marquee names that Coach Kelly has signed this year almost no one is talking about his record with player development. Or his perchance for recruiting tough players, with outstanding attitudes; has anyone begun to think about what he can do with this kind of talent?

C) Let us see how many players he can have ready to play by next September, and let’s see how many of them are part of this Superklasse!

These are definently exciting times. It is scary to think what this coaching staff will do to these amazing kids! The coaching staff has a proven track record at developing kids and having them play to their potential. Our defense will be down right scary in a couple of years!!! I am excited and so proud to be an Irish Fan!!!!! Things are looking brighter for us!

My Kelly recruiting moment came almost 1 year ago when he landed Matt James over Ohio St. They wanted him bad, but BK is an animal. There is probably some hidden story of a 4 am visit here too.....

To take a quote from Kelly: "before this season, I was confident we could get Notre Dame back..now I know we will." For me, he might as well have been talking about recruiting too.

not only is BK proving all his recruiting doubters wrong, but please lets dont forget how much we have already improved, seriously, we could of won 10 games this season, I dont doubt we will have a BCS season.

I am thrilled to see BK prove his "doubters" wrong in regards to recruiting. I can't figure out why he had doubters to begin with. I wasn't aware he couldn't recruit...anyway there is no question now!

One of the question with Coach Kelly coming in was if he would be able to compete with the Nick Saban's and Jim Tressel's in the recruiting game. It hasn't taken long to show that he is doing just fine.

Recruiting was a big thing that we were worried about But now we all know Brian Kelly is the right man for Notre Dame football!!!!!
