I was actually thinking the exact opposite. Other than getting tatoos for autographs these kids have every right to sell their rings, clothes or what ever they else they own. I also would like to see how this would play out in a federal court(which it would never get to). Also, you say if they get drafted they will go without penalty. You're wrong! This will cost they kids money far exceeding the money they received for rightfully selling their things. It will be the first question these kids hve to answer when meeting with NFL teams. By the way I love your "Holier than Thou" attitude, pure class...
I didn't mean from the legal perspective. I meant from the moral perspective. If you are willing to sell your ring from something that should very important to you then you don't deserve the right to play on a NCAA team. And I never said they would go without penalty. I actually illuded to the fact that if they entered early they would most likely lose money due to the fact they would be drafted lower.
