To be fair to the guy it was raining and that is a bumpy part of the field (Reggie Bush's Heisman is buried there somewhere) so he probably had trouble keeping his eye on the ball.

He doesn't have trouble keeping his mouth on other guys' balls though. He's a failure at life who should help Darwinism progress and walk into traffic.

No Bush's Heisman is on the other side of the field. He tripped on OJ's glove. I can't believe you missed that.

I'm happy we got a victory, and that kid will be in the NFL, glad he dropped the ball.

Per ESPN: USC Trojans still can't find a way to finish it in loss to Notre Dame - ESPN Los Angeles

Coach Lane Kiffin wasn't particularly merciful toward Johnson in his postgame assessment. There seems to be a lot of that going around in college football these days. California coach Jeff Tedford blamed his kicker when his team lost to Oregon by two points a few weeks ago. It's shameful behavior, the opposite of leadership.

"I was shocked," Kiffin said. "It was something we worked on for that coverage. It's just a shame, because now you've got a whole locker room and the whole Trojan family all down in the tank at one play that completely changes the whole outcome."

Outrageous. Can't believe Kiffin would throw his own guy under the bus like that.

The U$C recruits are going to love how he throws his senior wide receiver under the ND bus.
I am sure Kelly was disappointed in all the mistakes we made against Mich ST., Tulsa, Mich., Navy.
Not once did he say anything derogatory about one of out players.
Kelly has class; we all knew that Kiffin doesn't.
Who would want to play for that coach. (I was going to say "moron" but some of my best friends are morons and I didn't want to insult them.)

The difference between a classy coach and one that isn't. After the BSU/Nevada game, Boise's coach Peterson said (paraphrase) that, "a game can be won on a single play, but it can not be lost on a single play". This was in defense of his kicker who totally f'd up twice costing his team and school a BCS bid. Compare this to what Kiffin just did. Which coach do you think the players will rally around and buy in to?

Stay classy SC . . .

Kiffin has never been the kind of guy to take accountability for anything. He is basically the polar opposite of Brian Kelly.

It actually makes me feel bad for Ronald. I mean to have to put up with that bleep bleep plus all the blame hes feeling himself, thats just outrageous. Thats the kind of crap that makes young kids do stupid things.
If I was Pat Haden I'd fine Lame for a comment like that. Thats unacceptable for a head coach. (Though expect of Kriffen)

I've seen a couple times on this board that we 'owe the win' to this kid and he's 'the best player on our team.'

Some people need to get a grip. Our D played with BALLS all day long and made up for the 4 count them 4 turnovers we gave up. One lame *** drop no matter when it was shouldn't discount the way our D played all day long.

BALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never seen some guy that excited about balls in my life. Kidding aside, I happen to agree. Go balls?

Calm down Jughead...or Pops is going to cut you off of hamburgers. Laughing at USC's blunder is not the same as saying we "owe" anything to anybody. No more than SC would have owed Tommy Rees for his multiple errors yesterday.

The d was shutdown all day and even that play was just a slip by Harrison. Let people laugh at USC a bit...they have laughed at us plenty.

Pat Haden defended Kiffen during his sideline interview. It sounded very well rehearsed
