Perhaps CB Albert Louis-Jean, but it's still a long shot. I just looked at their class, and there isn't much to poach. They only have 7 commits. Oh, maybe Chickillo could be a possibility. Again a long shot.

I expect the media to hover a firestorm of racism claims over Miami for years after this firing just like they did with Willingham and Notre Dame. *

I think we have a good shot at Chickillo now...wasn't he already thinking of taking a visit here? Also I believe he is good friends with Nix.

U try to clean the program up...
U get actual students instead of thugs...
U initially get support of University leaders...
U lose talent in the focus on getting student athletes...
U lose a few games due to injuries and player errors...
U get stabbed in the back...
U get fired...

... and The U gets revealed for not really caring about the integrity of their coach... only about wins.

Randy Shannon has turned into one of my favs in sports... (before this firing)... imo he deserves to get another gig and go back into the "OB" (or whatever they call that other teams stadium) an lay the smack down on the canes every bit as much and, yes, Corwin Brown deserves to make his way back into ND Stadium one day and kick our ***...

Randy Shannon turned the U into a very respectable program on all fronts... for those like me who grew up in the 80's and 90's,... think about that for a second and let that sink in..............

I'd give him a call if I were BK and needed a new assisant that fit his style........ seriously

Chickillo has been looking into Tennessee a lot lately. I expect him to jump ship unless he is very close to the line coach that just became head coach. I dont think we have a real good shot with him but Albert Louis-Jean is an interesting recruit. We offer early playing time and a program thats on the rise. If he already had interest, than we need to be all over him.

waiting for the whitlock tornado...guy is as predictable as they come...

it might take him a week, as this may have caught him in the middle of an apologist feature article he needs to finish up...but then he will be all over it...

Whitlock is on the list of people I believe God did not see coming when he accepted Christs' role as redeemer for all of man kind.
