I flippin hate SC with pretty intense passion... the fact that they are still talking about winning the same number of games in a row over us that they were claiming prior to the sanctions really urks me... knowing how they throw academics out the window for their football program pisses me off... the bandwagon fans who talk **** but don't know jack about cfb make me want to hit someone...
yet, all that said, objectively... I expect them to beat us up pretty good tomorrow...
yes, I know we've played well for TWO WEEKS... but we are starting a true frosh at QB, our line will have to play one hell of a game because the Trojan front seven are gonna come after him hard and they got the players to get to him... And someone, anyone, on offense is going to have to suprise us with a big career defining type effort to keep us in it and I don't see that happening... I think we'll see more than a few poor throws from Tommy, probably a couple bad turnovers and they will move the football up and down the field on us... I think it'll be another rude awakening in a decade of rude awakenings for this fan base who somehow is fooling themsleves into believing this team can play with SC on any given day (how, I don't know, there has been nothing to show that over the past four seasons aside from MAYBE SC taking a step back, but don't kid yourself, they are still SC and the PAC 10 is just freaking loaded this year).
they have been averaging 24.5 points as a margin of victory of us for this run of theirs... I suspect they'll be right around that tomorrow...
not saying we can't win, just that it's pretty silly to go out and expect it... I can maybe see a scenerio where SC just lays an egg like they did against OSU, but it's doubtful imo
