RB Huggins trips to UNC

Many prospects look at an official visit as a fun opportunity to experience new parts of the country while being treated almost like royalty. For Savon Huggins and his family, however, official visits are serious business, and he is putting each one to good use.
Not liking this hoping our coaches left a good word with him.
A win against Utah and or U$C might helpUNC is not going to happen for Savon but his father said they were going through the OVs as planned. They treat it more like a business than anything else.
From everything I have read of late, it is a Rutgers and Irish run to the finish for this kid. We are not helping ourselves on the field but Rutgers is not doing much better.

indeed, just wish cierre could pound out a game for 150 yards or so...
The thing that worries me about our on the field issues is how quickly we abandon the run in close games. Savon and his father seem to be very smart and I'm sure this fact has been brought up in conversation. It may be because BK doesn't have faith in one single running back but the history of BKs offensive play calling points to another reason. His spread is a pass first offense and thats what he turns to when things get shaky. So I think our on the field problems go beyond Cierre's yardage and our win/loss issues when it comes to recruiting Savon.
I think it has to do with 2 things. First, I don't think that BK has full confidence in any of the backs besides Allen which could prevent him from running the football in key situations. Second, the offensive line isn't where it needs to be in order to run a successful running game in the spread offense. In time, I think we will see more out of the running game.
