I honestly think that State is gonna manhandle Michigan. Altogether State is a better team offensively and defensively and special teams. Michigan is way to one dimensional. Shut down Robinson = blow out win.

You are correct.., if state can shut down Robinson, this game will not even be close. Michigan is in for a world of hurt, because they have to play the heavy hitters in the Big Ten and State is the first of them.

I'm still thinking Blue over Sparty, by two touchdowns.

MSU beats Mich and the only reasons that it isn't handily are because 1) it's at Mich and 2) it's a big rivalry game.

Michigan has played NO ONE this season:

UConn- Terrible
Notre Dame- Missing our quarterback for half of the game, turned the ball over three time, had DR dance around the field all day and STILL almost won the game.
UMass- You only beat UMass by 5 points? Really? UMASS was still in the game after 3 quarters?
Bowling Green- Be proud about this one Mich fans. BG is top shelf.
Indiana- You needed a last minute drive that probably would have stalled if not for a missed holding call to beat Indiana.

Maybe I'm wrong and Michigan is more than DR (who I think is less than the god that most people are taking him for), but so far they haven't proven ANYTHING

It's so hard to pick against Michigan because Robinson has always done enough for them to win. I have to go with St. though. It'll be a close one, but I'll say MSU 36 - Mich 31.

I just hope Michigan dropping a bunch of games doesn't cost Robinson the Heisman, because he is clearly the best player in college football. This "best player on the best team" formula is absolute bull****.

Could not agree with you more on this one. Michigan is clearly not the best team by any means, not even close, yet this kid DR is amazing and in my opinion the most talented college football player in the country this year. Without DR, I say UM is only 1 or 2 win team thus far.

We all got this one right. scUM was one dimensional, has no defense, and as the game wore on, their lack of toughness came through loud and clear.

Keep Rich Rod around. Next year it's OUR turn.

It was our turn last year with our loaded team, and we lost to Forcier. It was our year this year with our offensive studs dropping bombs all over the field because their secondary was non-existent.

I find it really funny though how UM is shaping up the same way ND was under Weis. Loading up on offense, having the defense suffer. Ultimately both coaches get fired because of their lack of defense.

Michigan will have to find a way to come up with a decent defense, because they will get creamed by a few teams left on their schedule, and soon everyone will forget about that 5-0 start and wonder what went wrong. The bottom line is their defense is weak, and without DR putting such a show those first five games, where would that team be?

Everyone knew their defense stunk. Now that Illinois seems to have turned the Zook corner, they aren't an easy W anymore either. 6 games left, losses likely to Iowa, Wisconsin, OSU. Tossups PennSt & Illinois. Should be a win against Purdue. 6-6 and more than likely 7-5.
