i want to see h. smith actually play out of his mind and make quicker/better decisions.

i want to see the offense light it up, and our defense to turn the lights out.

A pregame brawl between ND and Stanford would be a funny one, I can hear the trash talking now. " Yea your ciriculum is a joke" "What, your team GPA is like Texas's" "What take that back" " I challenge you to a dual, Jeopardy or Cranium?

I want to see a defense that doesn't give up big plays. No plays over 25 yds would be huge. Make Stanford put together long drives and earn their points.

And an offense that doesn't turn the ball over. That is all I ask.

Me too, my Girl friend of about one year has only seen me truly angry twice. Sept 11, and Sept 18th 2010. I am tired of losing period, and when you throw in the way we are losing, it is a swift kick in the pills. I am trying to focus on what I can control, my emotions leading into a game, because once a game starts... it is a toss up.

I hear you. My girlfriend has told me a few times over the last few weeks that I need to stop obsessing over ND football.

I actually called for her when MSU lined up for the field goal. Naively "Hey this is for the tie but if they miss ND wins." After the fake I had my head in my hands and she was just pitying me.

i was so disgusted last week with the way that notre dame stopped running the ball and didnt play defense. they went to pass happy sissy football. the second half of michigan state was the first time this year i felt this team was weak and it wasnt the kids who were being weak.

i want to see speed this week from the return guys and running backs!!! and defense containing the big play...it seemed the 1st game, we looked faster than i have seen from our team in years but then the past 2 we looked slow!!!
