Posted this already, but Hayes is working with a professional speed coach to improve his burst.

Sidenote: In his one on one interview he stated that the Irish will have another commit in the near future.

I think it's a reference to Mr. Lynch. It's a good weekend

That would certainly cap off an amazing weekend. Lynch would be great. I saw on rivals that Kasen Williams would be cutting his list off suitors down in the near future. Any members have the specifics on that?
Also good to see that we were able to make Rabasa's final four. I still think its going to be a tough steal from Miami but the campus has worked its magic again and put us in the running with another stud on defense.

"This is a great pickup for the Irish."

"This is a great pickup for the Irish."

Per Billy Tucker in Bill Hodge's On The Trail

Notre Dame Football Recruiting 2011 - ESPN

7/30

This is a great pickup for the Irish. Hayes really fits perfectly into what ND wants do on offense with its running backs under Brian Kelly."

"He is very versatile in skill-set and embodies a lot of "space-player" attributes coveted in an open spread offense. While he's a tough runner who can move the chains with deceptive in-line strength, we see Hayes' open-field elusiveness and polished pass-catching skills as the assets that placed him high on Notre Dame's offensive board."

"Hayes can make defenders miss with loose hips and great change-of-direction skill; a bit quicker than fast but has enough speed to find a seam through the second level and take it the distance. He could really create some mismatches and personnel problems with his ability to motion into the slot. Not a load-back at the next level, but doesn't have to be in this offense and should flourish early in his career in a change-of-pace type role."

We landed a heck of a running back, I like what he said about wanting to the be next All American tail back. I also liked what he said about ND in the long run about his education when he commited. Welcome to the ND family.

Best part of getting so many quailty RBs is their potential if they do not pan out. RBs are terrific athletes, allowing for a positional switch down the line.

Not saying Justice won't be anything but a beast with the rock, I just like the constant depth we develop with athletic, speedy athletes.

Is that Kyle Brindza with him in the video above? I was trying to figure it out, and I'm pretty sure that's who it is.

It is for sure, just looked at some pics. As we have heard about his lifting prowess before, the kid is pretty jacked for a kicker/punter.

I figured he was somebody from ISD or BGI but I think you nailed it. Brindza is 6-2. He looks like his Scout photo and he lives about 25-30 miles due south of Grand Blanc.

I hope that his coach follows through with what he stated and pushes him to work hard and get ready for the next level. Justice can use some more time in the weigh room. He seems to have a very good head on his shoulders. I very impressive kid and a great pick up for us.
