The Dark Side

I've been watching the July 4th Star Wars marathon on Spike. To quote Luke Skywalker, "Is the dark side stronger?"

Yoda says no, but I believe it is stronger because it offers additional abilities and powers that are otherwise unavailable to the jedi.

What do you guys think?

The light side is ultimately stronger.

One simple reason:

In the short term, the dark side may have more abilities, but the Sith have a pattern of destroying each other for personal gain. They are held together by a very chaotic system of dog eat dog. For example, to become the Sith Lord, you must kill the sitting Sith Lord.

On the other hand, the Jedi work as a group of self-controlled individual. They are much less likely to suffer from collective action problems and, as such, are a more powerful body.

In summation, while the Sith may benefit in the short term individually, the Jedi are a more powerful group in terms of achieving their purposes as a collective.

Yeh but...but...if you live in my part of SoCal, there was only 2 things on TV over the weekend. Star Wars and Lebron. And that Shake exercise commercial with women jerking off a thingy, and now one made for men. Too funny.

Thats how it starts, first your using the force to get laid, then you use it to come up on some extra cash, then your destroying whole planets with a Death Star. i seen it happen too many times
