I think the vacating of the '04 NC and multi-year bowl ban(at least 2) are the most important elements. IF they only get a 1 year bowl ban they will still be able to capitalize from their violations. (success from violations, that lead to recruits, that lead to future wins, that leads to bowl games)

I don't want to see them get the death penalty personally. I would rather the NCAA limit their recruiting visits, maybe take away all in home visits by all staff with exception to one person, and also take away a good 3/4 of the amount of official visits they can give kids. That will completely demolish the team and then every team they play will stomp on them. I think them being embarrassed 12 times a year is a lot better than them not having a football team at all.
