I knew there was a reason I liked you in spite of an "issue" or two. The green jerseys were an effective boost the first time. It's more than a bit hackneyed now and a target for ridicule when we lose. The names on the jerseys was a capitulation.

There's something to be said for long standing traditions that set ND apart from the hoi polloi who emulate professional teams.

No need to revert to leather (or no) helmets.

While I think our Offence can go toe 2 toe with anybody in the NCAA, I find it hard to believe that our D will be able to contain USC's Offence.

We're gonna need every wrinkle in our coaches playbooks, and some, "luck of the Irish" to win this one, I'm just glad we have 2 weeks to prepare, we're gonna need it.
