I feel bad for him being injured in his first start. He got stepped on after he fumbled the ball and they were diving for the football. I don't mean he had a hand stepped on. The steelers' player put his whole foot on Williams' shoulder when he was on the ground and used him like a springboard to dive after the ball. I can imagine that would hurt.
