I think you are right. GG put alot of time and effort into this site. Very comparable to IUB over at GH. No one has filled GG's shoes. I used to post over here like crazy but in the last 3 months or so I have moved on to another place where the information seems to flow much more. There's been what 6 posts in the TDJ forum since Feburary??

Also, what happened to our ability to post pictures etc. Wasn't it about 2 years ago that we were on some type of "probation" but we were supposed to get these abilities back? Still can't post a pic.

GG was the head of the recruiting board and shared duties with JaPham in TDJ... so yeah since then recruiting got hit hard, and JaPham is a full time student at Notre Dame, so any time he can't find time should be understandable... LMI handled the tech I handled Lep Lonuge and helped everywhere else... the site was fine in every aspect but recruiting after Gipper passed (though that is a big hole)... and let's face facts, when JaPham wasn't able to come on the board was pretty much moderated in whole by yours truely... far to big a job for one person... then Steve came along and has certainly helped...


and yes you can post pics, I post them all the time, just go to a photobucket first.... outside of that I can't help, not a mod-able issue, you need admin powers
but again, there is obviously a transition going on

Hi folks.

To explain my absence: I am working as a camp counselor on campus this summer which has me committed five days a week from 8AM to 12AM. Anytime in between is rest and repose. To make matters worse, I am in the process of applying for a visa to study abroad this fall in Europe. And, as noted my ACamp... I'm still a full-time student.

That aside, I was, as of a few days ago, handed down admin duties. This does not mean my availability will suddenly increase. It does mean that if I can find the right people to lend a hand, this thing can get moving again.

I ask only for a bit of patience and cool-headedness. The owners of the site seem to be a busy bunch so working around them has lent to some delay and inaction.

Just hang tight folks. We are, afterall, still in the off-season.

I'm surprised you're not banned already LOL. Chill man, offer an apology or something, that was just plain rude brother. We're trying to get this site back up and going, and that's not the way to do it...

I read thousands of posts before I signed up to this site.

GG was the man. I got chills when I read he had died, and his parents signed on to say a word or two.

Heart breaking .

All my buds on this site and every post on this site keep the good man's memory alive.

He's a legend around here, those of us who were lucky enough to get to know him and post with him know how much of a void he left.

Goshen was a good guy. I met him at a game and he hung out with me for awhile. His passing is one of the things I will remember until I die.

I first came to this site to play the arcade games, of course it was the added bonus of being an NDFootball fan site. Hell I even joined TDJ. Then GG passed, then the great Vbuck wipe and now here we are.
