I don't know if anything big is going to happen from these pics, but I can say that Smith, Aldridge, and Armando are not happy about that picture getting out.

Further, if the picks were during the season, that might be different, but this is summer off-season fun. Drop it like a bad habit. I am worried if they are doing drugs, committing crimes, flunking out or other things that create a bad rap. Some beer drinking in the off-season, who cares!!!!!!

I think it shows him bonding with the rest of the team. If a kid never drinks in college then he might have problems relating to his team. Now if this were friday before a game then there might be a problem but if not it looks like fun. During Eli's freshman year at Ole Miss, he got in trouble for peeing on a policeman's car and was often seen drinking in the Grove after games, and he just won the Super Bowl.

He needs to show some leadership ability....that is, he should never had let himself and his teammates get into a situation that reflects badly on his team and university. Irish52 I see where you're coming from but these guys are student athletes. I'm not condoning what they did, but college kids are going to drink at one point or another.

As long as Jimmy (and eeryone else) isn't getting in serious trouble with the law, leading the team as he should on the field, and taking care of business in the classroom, I see nothing to worry about.

Per NCAA rules they are not allowed to have any Facebook pictures of them consuming alcohol. In this case they are clean, but since these pics are all over the Net it causes a headache for Charlie and company.

they didnt even do anything wrong. they were not hurting anybody. the only reason this is an issue is because there are too many people who freak out when they see others not mimicking their own rigid lifestyle. this outrage is ridiculus.
