We haven't had a close game against Navy since Freeman's first year. I doubt that will change this year. And what does snow have to do with Syracuse? Pretty sure they play indoors

In my opinion, he absolutely thinks we're favored and can win them all, but as the ex-coach was inventing every tiny phrase that he could not to sound to the audience like a prejudiced homer. If he's going to have any ongoing job in broadcasting, he (at least at the start) can't appear "leaning" any way. If he was Lou Holtz, then that would be expected and tolerated as good entertainment, but not in this case. He has to at least seem open-minded.
