He was Co-DC at Wisconsin and Pitt for a time. He was also the head coach at FAU. I don't know what his ambitions are going forward, but "stay around for a while" could mean a lot of things.

The tradeoff for winning games, and hopefully championships, is your assistant coaching staff have opportunities presented to them. If Marcus is any kind of good boss and mentor, he wants his guys to go on to bigger and better things.
He took the ND job partly because he wanted something outside of just being the "Florida Guy". I wouldn't plan on him leaving just to get back to Florida. He also took the ND job over other jobs because it was the one that ran an organization closest to an NFL franchise. He did not have a big interest in going back to college.

He goes back with Chris Ash. Plain and simple.

We’re going to have so many “1st off the bus” guys we’ll have to start showcasing our 2nd guys off the bus as well.

Nice Win! Talked afterward centered around taking what some coaches at ND said was a negative and turning it into a positive. At roughly the 1:13 mark. Followed by a Freeman interview.

Uyeyama compares him to former Miami Hurricane Gregory Rousseau. Any thoughts?

Rousseau was not nearly as big as this kid was as a junior (showed up to Miami's campus as 220 pounds soaking wet) and I don't think an athletic comparison. Rousseau was an elite athlete first, good football player second; I don't see that with Prescott.

I LOVE Prescott's film, by the way. But I don't think it's a perfect fit to compare him to Rousseau, IMO.

If he’s already 255, he’s going to likely end up as a 275-285 SDE imo, not as twitchy as Rousseau but more of a power guy.

Complements Dunham, Scrooge, Sesay, and Vaughn very well honestly. Him and O’Neil fill that need.
I feel like Dunham could go to either end position to be honest. He has traits of both a power and speed end. His weight is kind of in that tweener positions as well.

I do like this pick up. If they can land McGee, it would be a perfect 1-2 punch at DE.

I'm not so sure. If he really added 40 pounds from fall to spring, some of that is probably bad weight. I could see him staying close to that 255, but just changing some of the body composition.
